What types of drone services do you offer?

We specialize in drone services for the property sector. Common services include aerial photography & videography, building façade inspections, construction site monitoring, open house/events coverage, etc.

Under Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) regulations, every commercial drone operation requires an Activity Permit. As a licensed operator, AviatraProp applies for and secures all necessary clearances before arrival on site. Our pilots are certified under the UA Pilot Licence (UAPL) framework and hold valid Unmanned Aircraft (UA) Operator Permits. All flights are conducted in compliance with Singapore’s Air Navigation Act (ANA).

Flying with a licensed operator protects you as a client. You can have full confidence that every shoot we conduct is safe, legal and insured. AviatraProp and/or our licensed pilots carry Public Liability Insurance specific to drone operations, which covers third-party property damage or bodily injury.

Yes, AviatraProp manages end-to-end regulatory compliance, including CAAS activity permits, site-specific permissions from land authorities (e.g. SLA, JTC, NParks, HDB), and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Lead times can range from a few days to several weeks depending on the zone.

Drone operations are weather-dependent. Flights are typically grounded during rain, strong winds, poor visibility, or periods of lightning alerts from the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS). If the weather is unsuitable for drone operations on the day of shoot, we will advise accordingly and reschedule the session at no additional charge.

Our pilots typically operate enterprise-grade drones such as the DJI Mavic series, equipped with high-resolution cameras (up to 6K), depending on the use case.

Flight time varies by scope — a building inspection may take 3–5 hours on-site, while a large construction survey may take a full day. Raw assets are typically delivered within 2–3 working days after the shoot. Edited photos and videos are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the complexity. If you have a tight deadline, do let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Pricing depends on factors such as flight duration, location complexity, permit requirements, and post-processing needs. We offer packages tailored to different needs. Contact us for a custom quote.

We conduct flight operations on both weekdays and weekends. However, at some locations, it may be required or preferable that UA flight operations are conducted at certain timings e.g. weekends and public holidays, due to factors such as proximity to aerodromes, traffic conditions, etc. Clients are advised to factor in buffer time and notify relevant stakeholders in advance.

Night operations are permitted under CAAS regulations but require additional approvals and lighting equipment. Indoor drone operations (e.g. warehouse inspections) require specialised drones with collision-avoidance systems and safety protocols. We are able to discuss and customize our services based on your needs.
